The Cycle: Frontier was a free-to-play PvPvE Extraction Shooter driven by suspense and danger. Prospect for resources and other riches on an abandoned alien world ravaged by a deadly storm, inhabited by monsters and other ambitious Prospectors.

My Contributions

Contributed to multiple core systems for a live-service multiplayer extraction shooter throughout its development and operation

  • Implemented and optimized FPS combat systems including weapon handling, hit detection, and damage calculations

  • Developed AI behavior systems for PvE encounters and environmental challenges

  • Integrated client-side and server-side anti-cheat measures to maintain competitive integrity

  • Built and maintained inventory management system supporting complex item interactions

  • Profiled and optimized performance bottlenecks to maintain target framerate across diverse hardware
